Grandma Perrero's Crepes

3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
3 Tbsp butter, melted
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients in blender; blend about one minute, making sure that all ingredients are mixed in well. Heat small round "crepe" pan to medium high. Pour small amount of crepe batter onto pan and tip pan so batter runs to fill bottom of pan, making a circle. Cook until light brown on bottom; turn crepe over and cook on other side. Makes about 10 crepes. Fill with your favorite filling (Dinner: chicken, spinach, ham and cheese, etc..) (Breakfast: lemon and sugar, raspberry jam, etc..) (Dessert: fruit and icecream, nutella and sliced banana's).
