1, 1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
2/3 cup soy milk
1 tsp real vanilla
3 tbsp honey or agave nectar
2 cups frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Seperately mix the wet ingredients (except the berries). Fold wet mixture into dry. Stir until combined. Pour into non-stick (Pam-sprayed) 8x8 inch pan. Top with berries and cook for about 35 minutes until golden brown. Must serve with vanilla ice cream of choice.
