Chicken Burritos or Quesadilla's

Put a piece of chicken in the crockpot with diced tomatoes and a can of no bean chili and a tablespoon of taco seasoning (big one from Costco has real ingredients and no MSG).
Cook on low for 7 hours.
In the meantime, cook 1 cup of brown rice or use leftover if you have it in the fridge

1 can, or freshly cooked beans (pinto, kidney, refried, or black beans)
whole wheat tortillas
grated cheddar cheese
salsa and sour cream

Serve with can of corn or salad
