Crock Pot Lasagna

Horrible picture, but Tasty
Cooking time in Crock pot: 4-5 hours

1lb lean ground beef
1 small yellow onion
1-2 garlic cloves
1, 29 oz can Tomato Sauce (I use my favorite spaghetti sauce: almost 2 cans of Hunts Garlic & Herb... I like more sauce)
1, 6 oz can Tomato Paste
1, 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Oregano
1, 16 oz Cottage Cheese
1, 5oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
1, 8oz Shredded Mozzarella
1, 16 oz Lasagna Noodles, uncooked (will only use half the amount of noodles in pkg)

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in frying pan
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and oregano
Cook until meat sauce is warm
Spray crock pot with Pam for nonstick
Spoon a layer of meat sauce onto the bottom of crock pot.
Add double layer of uncooked lasagna noodles (break to fit) and top with a layer of cheeses
Repeat with meat sauce, double noodles and cheeses
Add 1 cup of water around the outside edge of the lasagna.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours
