Beet Green Vegetable skillet

pre-chop any vegetable you want to use
(beet greens, onion, zucchini, bell peppers, spinach, asparagus, mushrooms, etc...)
heat up a tbsp of coconut oil in a large skillet
place to firmer and crunchier vegetables in first to soften for a few minutes, then add in the softer vegetables and cook until your desired firmness for your taste.
Add in dashes of your favorite vegetable seasoning.
