THE BEST ALFREDO SAUCE I'VE EVER TASTED!!!
1 1/2 TBSP flour
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup grated Romano cheese
dash of garlic salt
pepper to taste
Combine butter and flour in a saucepan. While stirring, add cream and bring almost to a boil. Add cheese and continue to stir until melted. Add garlic, salt and pepper.
I like to add sliced or cubed chicken to this and serve it over fettuccine noodles.
