
3 slices or 2 cups leftover roast, cubed
1/2 tsp dry onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
Chopped mushrooms (optional)
Egg noodles or brown rice, cooked
Put meat in a crock pot and sprinkle the onion over it. In a seperate bowl, mix the sour cream and cream of mushroom soup, if you want more mushrooms the slice some and add it to this soup mix. Pour your soup mix over the meat and cook on low for 7 hours or high 3 hours.
Serve over cooked noodles or warm rice.
