Brookie

A BROOKIE is a cookie inside a brownie :-)


Need:
Regular roll of cookie dough, flattened out
Brownie mix, prepared as directed on box (egg, oil, water)

Spray 9x13 inch pan with Pam. Lay a thick layer of cookie dough in middle (flattened). Be sure to not have it touch any of the edges of the pan. (My layer was too thin in the picture below, so be sure it is much thicker, or you won't even notice it). Prepare Brownie batter. Spread the brownie batter onto the cookie dough, covered fully.
Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes
