Parmesan Crusted Halibut

Cut Halibut into one inch squares
In a bowl, mix together 1 cup (?) Mayo, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup finely chopped up Grandma's Bread (crumbs)
Place tin foil on top of your pan and spray with Pam
Dip Halibut pieces into mixture and fully coat, then place onto tin foil-lined pan.
Sprinkle parsley on top
Bake 375 for 13-14 minutes (do not overcook)
