Dutch Oven Roast

Seer your chuck roast on stove top and place in Dutch Oven
Pour in your pckg of lipton onion soup mix and 1/4 cup water
Bake at 225 degrees for 6-8 hours

To clean the Dutch Oven, use hot water only to rinse it out
wipe it out completely (can use a tiny bit of oil) and dry
Put a clean, dry paper towel in it with the lid on until you use it next time.
