Tiffany's Knots White Rolls



2 cups warm water (not scalding hot cause the yeast dies)
2 tbsp yeast
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
1 egg (stir in, don't use whisk)
2 tsp salt
5, 1/2 cups flour (5 cups total, then add 1/2 cup to knead into)

Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, oil, egg and salt (stir in one at a time). Put 2 cups of flour in and mix well. Add more flour, one cup at a time until dough isn't sticky. Spray a seperate bowl with pam and place dough in it. Cover with a towel and let rise til doubled (approx 1 hour). Make sure area is very warm. Punch dough down and divide into rolls or tie into knots. Let rise 20-30 more minutes. Bake 12-13 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown. Melt butter and brush on top when cooked.
