Skillet Potato Wedges


Left over baked potatoes
Olive Oil
chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
salt and pepper
fresh parsley or dry

Dice potatoes to desire shape, set aside
Heat up oil in skillet or stove top frying pan. Add onion and saute for few minutes. Add garlic and potatoes and shake in desired amount of seasoning. Grill til toasty and golden.

May also want to try with a tbls of Zesty italian dressing packet
