Crock Pot Chicken for Tacos, Burritos & Nachos



2 large Boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 15 oz cans black beans (DO NOT drain or rinse)
Taco seasoning packet
Optional- Salsa, shredded cheese, onions, guacamole, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, tortillas, taco shells, tortilla chips, etc..

Put the black beans and taco seasoning into the slow cooker and mix in. If you'd like to add salsa, you can add it now or use it later (or both). Add the raw chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or high 2-3 hours. Once the chicken is cooked, pull it out and pull it apart (shred). Put it back into the slow cooker and stir it up. Serve using any of the optional ingredients.
