Green Smoothies

1 quart Green Smoothie Drink
1/3 water, 1/3 greens, 1/3 fruit

Kale
Collards/chard
Spinach
1 apple
Frozen mixed berries
1 banana
water (coconut water)
ice
optional protein powder


Kale, spinach and collards are high in micronutrients, low calories and very nutrient dense



This one is with almond milk, banana, ice, greens and a little blueberries:

 This is what I put in my chocolate smoothies and you can't even tell it has greens in it, except for the nasty color :-)
