Pumpkin Bread (Ah-Mazing)!-Doubled

This recipe is doubled:
Makes 3 medium-large loaves or 6 small-medium loaves

3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cloves

3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups pumpkin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Wisk dry ingredients and set aside. In LARGE bowl, combine sugar, eggs, oil pumpkin and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes then turn oven to 325 degrees and continue baking for 45 more minutes (med-large loaves) OR 30-35 more minutes (small-med loaves) or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
