1/2 tsp salt
1 pint sour cream or plain yogurt

1, 1/2-2 cups grated cheese
See HERE for easy potato peeling
This is a great Sunday (after church) side dish to go along with a roast or chicken!!! DELIC!
Boil potatoes about 35-45 minutes (do not peel). Drain and let sit out until you come home from church. Preheat oven to 350. Peel and Mash potatoes (after church). Add butter to the potatoes and mix lightly with mixer. Leave a few little potato chunks in mashed potatoes (if prefer) I don't like them too smooth. Mix rest of ingredients in seperate bowl and then stir into the potatoes. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350. Top with additional cheese, if prefer, for the last 10 minutes of baking until melted.
