1 cube butter
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped chives
Bake potatoes for 1 hour at 425 degrees. Do not wrap in foil, so the skins will become hardened. Cut in half and spoon out cooked potatoes, carefully. Mix ingredients and restuff. May sprinkle on cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
