Sweet Chicken Salad Sandwiches-cheating
Sams Club has premade chicken salad. Just add more shredded rotisserie chicken (that you can get from Sam's club) and a bit of mayo to your liking. Grab some croissants or pita pocket bread to stuff it into and you are good!

Egg Salad Sandwich
dice up 1-2 hard boiled eggs, mix with 1 tbsp mayo (if that)
spread onto any type of bread you prefer
enjoy with sliced cucumbers, a layer of lettuce, thinly sliced cheese, etc...

turkey wrap snack- healthy
Use fresh Deli of choice: Turkey, ham, salami, chicken breast, roast beef, etc...
Layer cheese, tomato, lettuce/spinach, avocado, spread a bit of mustard and roll up.

Sweet Chicken Salad Sandwiches
4+ cups chopped chicken
3/4 cup mayo
add 1/4 cup milk, if that
few dashes celery salt
Add ins: (equal amounts)
1/4 cup purple onion, chopped finely
1 cup purple grapes, halved
2 sticks chopped celery
1/2 cup sliced or slivered almonds
1/2 cup (3.5 oz pkg) dried blueberries- optional
Mix everything together than add in
1 (15oz) can mandarine oranges, drained (very last) -optional
Spread on croissants or choice of bread.... or even Large Romaine lettuce leaves

2 tsp garlic herb seasoning
Add ins:
1/4 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
1/2 cup chopped tomatoe
mix together and spread on croissants, ciabatta rolls, or Large Romaine lettuce leaves

Pulled Pork Sandwiches/Salads/Burritos
(Serve with baked beans)
3 lbs pork loin roast
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
Place pork in crock pot. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour on top of roast in the crock pot. Cook on low all day or on high 4-5 hours. Shred meat once done and let sit in leftover sauce for about 10-15 minutes. Adjust sauce amount to fit the size of your roast. Great for salads and burritos as well.
For sandwiches, enjoy with cole slaw
